From the moment I arrived, I knew Olivia and Jackson’s wedding was going to be something so special. Hosted at the elegant Magnolia Hotel in Houston and beautifully planned by the incredible team at Moonstruck Events, their day had that perfect mix of old-Hollywood glamour and heartfelt moments. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated! And Olivia looked like she walked straight off a vintage film set (in the best way). Get ready to scroll through one seriously stunning celebration! Because this day was full of emotion, style, and so much love!

Getting Ready with Olivia

Olivia’s bridal look was straight out of an Old Hollywood dream! From the second she slipped into her dress the glam vibes were on point. Her pearl necklace, soft curls, and vintage-inspired style totally brought the glam! One of the sweetest moments of the morning was a first look with her dad that had everyone feeling all the emotions. It was such a special, heart-melting pause before the party really got started!

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church and felt like something straight out of a classic movie! Olivia’s walk down the aisle with her dad had everyone emotional (us included), and Jackson’s face when he saw her? Literal heart-melt moment. The church setting added this timeless feel, with soft light coming through the stained glass and every detail feeling super intentional. They shared vows during a full Catholic mass surrounded by family and friends. The second they were announced as husband and wife, the energy completely shifted, you could feel the excitement!

The Wedding Party

This wedding party was an absolute blast! Olivia and Jackson’s wedding party rolled up looking like they walked off a Vogue editorial. The sleek black dresses, sharp tuxes, and timeless white florals made this crew feel effortlessly chic. Their energy was off the charts! They hyped up the bride and groom with laughs, hugs, and the kind of support only your closest people can bring. And once they hit the party bus… oh, it was ON. Beers were cracked, lipstick was reapplied with a can in hand, and the entire crew brought big “we’re here to celebrate” vibes. It was the perfect kickoff to the night ahead.

Olivia & Jackson’s Portraits at the Magnolia Hotel in Houston

Once Olivia and Jackson were officially husband and wife, we snuck them away for some portraits and wow, these two brought the style! Between Olivia’s timeless pearl necklace and off-the-shoulder gown and Jackson’s sharp tux, they looked like they stepped straight off an Old Hollywood movie set. We wandered around the church grounds and then made our way up to the rooftop of the Magnolia Hotel in Houston. The views (and their smiles) seriously delivered. You could feel the excitement as they soaked in that just-married glow!

The Wedding Details at the Magnolia Hotel in Houston

Let’s talk reception details, because wow, Moonstruck Events nailed it! From the sleek black and white tablescapes to the glowing sea of pillar candles, every element at the Magnolia Hotel Houston was super intentional and effortlessly chic. Additionally, personalized touches were everywhere, like the pink cocktail napkins featuring Olivia and Jackson’s pups (yes, the dogs made a cameo, kind of obsessed). Also let’s not forget that vintage-inspired cake sitting pretty on a gold stand it was giving classic glam in all the best ways!

The Reception at the Magnolia Hotel

The reception at the Magnolia Hotel Houston was such a blast! This group came ready to party, and they absolutely delivered! From the dance floor energy to surprise cowboy hats that made their way out later in the night (iconic). Olivia slipped away for a quick outfit change into the cutest second look, and we snuck in a few portraits of her and Jackson before they jumped right back into the fun. The film photos from this part of the night are some of my personal favorites, the flash, the movement, the joy… it’s everything. The whole night was full of laughter, dancing, and the kind of celebration you never want to end!
