The Sweet Morning Moments with Katie & First Look at The Artisan Galveston

The day started with Katie getting ready upstairs at The Artisan Galveston surrounded by her closest people and all the excitement. She wore the biggest smile the entire morning and honestly, that joy was contagious! Her bridal look was a total showstopper: classic, romantic, and full of personality. The soft waves in her fiery red hair, those pearl details, and her layered tulle gown? Beautiful! The morning was full of laughs, a few happy tears, and that sweet anticipation that makes wedding mornings so special.

Before the ceremony, Katie and Jeremy shared a private first look and it was the cutest. The second Jeremy turned around and saw her, you could just feel everything melt away. It was emotional, light-hearted, and so full of love. They laughed, hugged, twirled, and took a moment just for the two of them before the day really kicked off!

Wedding Party

This wedding party knew how to bring it from emotional moments to full-on hype squad energy. We had everything from sweet one-on-one moments with Katie to the most fun and playful group portraits. The mix of formal black attire with colorful blooms created the perfect balance of classic and bold!

The Ceremony at The Artisan, Galveston

The ceremony had the most insane florals from Ponderosa Flower Studio! Katie and Jeremy said “I do” in a ceremony that was equal parts emotional and full of laughter. Water to Wine Events absolutely nailed the setup elevated and elegant without losing that playful vibe. There wasn’t a dry eye when Katie walked down the aisle (but don’t worry, those tears turned into pure JOY the second these two locked eyes).

After the ceremony, we took wedding portraits at The Artisan and captured the most FUN portraits ever. Every single corner of the venue was a vibe, vibrant backdrops with colorful flowers, and cozy nooks! Katie and Jeremy just leaned all the way into it.

The Details

Let’s talk details because this wedding was full of them in the best way. The ceremony and reception space were completely transformed by lush, colorful florals from Ponderosa Flower Studio. From the ground-level arrangements lining the stairs to the bold, cascading installs, it felt like walking into a garden party with a twist. And speaking of twists the disco balls were amazing! The suspended disco balls overhead reflected light across the entire venue, making every moment feel like a scene from a glam, floral-filled dream.

The checkered mirror dance floor added a modern, playful touch, and the layered lighting overhead tied it all together with a cozy, romantic glow. Water to Wine Events executed every detail flawlessly, making the whole day feel seamless, intentional! From the stunning staircase entrance to the long dinner tables set beneath twinkle lights and hanging greenery, every inch of this wedding felt like it was made to celebrate the couple’s style!

The Reception at The Artisan, Galveston

The party officially hit LEVEL TEN at the reception. The lighting and dancefloor setup were a total vibe. Think disco balls, greenery, and a mirrored checkered dance floor that literally sparkled. The wedding party made a grand entrance down the flower-lined staircase, absolutely owning the moment (we’re talking high kicks, cheers, and full-on choreography). Iconic doesn’t even begin to cover it. DJ 300 kept the dance floor packed all night long!
