Some weddings just hit a little closer to home and this one was exactly that. Bea has been my hairstylist for years (aka the reason my hair always looks photo-ready), and when she asked me to photograph her wedding day, I knew it was going to be something incredibly special. She wanted something simple but beautiful, filled with only the people who mattered most. Just family, a few dear friends, and their sweet kids. Intimate Thursday weddings? Honestly, a vibe I’ll never stop loving! Keep scrolling to see more of this intimate wedding at Ronin Art House!

Getting Ready with Bea and Vic
Bea got ready in the best way: surrounded by her closest girls, and zero stress, She slipped into a sleek, modern gown that fit like it was made for her (because, well, it basically was)! There’s something about the quiet before the ceremony, Bea took a moment to herself to breathe, reflect, and get ready to say “I do” in front of the people who’ve shaped her life most. After, Bea and Vic had a first look with their kids and it was such a beautiful moment! Then Bea and Vic exchanged heartfelt private vows before the ceremony!

The Wedding Ceremony at Ronin Art House
Held in front of the iconic windowed backdrop at Ronin Art House, the ceremony was emotional and deeply personal. Their kids stood nearby. There were soft tears, big smiles, and the kind of love you can feel in the air! One of my favorite parts was watching Bea and Vic exchange vows in front of everyone! They kept things short, sweet, and real, and it couldn’t have felt more perfect for them.

The Portraits
After the ceremony, we snuck away for a few portraits, and wow these two made my job way too easy. The light hit just right, their chemistry was effortless, and the way Vic looks at Bea? Still not over it. We kept things relaxed and natural, letting them just be with each other in that just-married glow. These are the kinds of portraits you look back on and feel all over again.

The Details
Bea’s style is always timeless, and her wedding was no different. Think: white florals, greenery, clean lines, and cozy warmth brought to life by Ronin’s brick and glass textures. They didn’t go overboard, and they didn’t need to. Every detail was intentional. From the simple sweetheart table to their two-tier cake with soft florals, it all reflected exactly who they are modern, minimal, and madly in love!

The Reception at Ronin Art House
The reception was full of laughter, happy tears, and heartfelt toasts that brought the whole room together. Their kids even gave speeches, and it was a true celebration of not just Bea & Vic, but the family they’ve built. After dinner, they hit the dance floor and didn’t stop smiling. They ended the night cutting their cake and sneaking in a few more slow dances surrounded by twinkle lights and so much love!
