A Royal Oaks Country Club Wedding in Houston
Stephanie and Chris’ Royal Oaks County Club wedding in Houston was absolutely STUNNING! First, let me start this off by saying purple weddings are usually not it. Stephanie and Chris’ wedding was definitely the exception. Their wedding was gorgeous, and I’ve never seen anyone do purple so beautifully. Their florist Flower Power Productions knocked their florals out of the park! Chris and Stephanie couldn’t have chosen a more perfect Houston wedding venue for their wedding. Royal Oaks Country Club serves as such an elegant venue with beautiful vista views, a stunning lawn, and indoor spaces that don’t lack in beautiful detailing!
Getting Ready With Stephanie
The space that Stephanie got ready in was beautiful. The detailing throughout the entire country club makes for the perfect backdrop for photos. I also have to say that I love Stephanie’s wedding dress! She looked absolutely stunning, and the detailing on her dress was beautiful!
Getting Ready With Chris
Chris and his groomsman also got ready in a super spacious room of the Royal Oaks Country Club. It was very laid back. I loved the pop of purple in his boutonniere to match the overall purple theme as well!
A Sweet First Touch Outside of Royal Oaks Country Club & Solo Portraits
Chris and Stephanie shared a sweet first touch before their ceremony. I love when couples incorporate something together before meeting again at the end of the aisle. Whether it’s a first look or just a first touch, I really do believe sharing moments like this help to calm the nerves of such a big and monumental day! And Royal Oaks Country Club made for the perfect backdrop!
A Beautiful Outdoor Wedding Ceremony at Royal Oaks Country Club
Stephanie and Chris’ Royal Oaks Country Club wedding ceremony was absolutely stunning. The pop of purple from the florals, the lush greenery, and the views of the country clubs golf course and waterfalls made for the most romantic ceremony space! You could feel the love Chris had in his eyes seeing Stephanie walk down the aisle with her father. It was a beautiful moment to capture, and the rest of the ceremony was no different! I also loved the petal toss as Chris and Stephanie were walking back down the aisle together!
Wedding Party Photos Outside of The Royal Oaks Country Club
After the ceremony we snuck away for some photos of the wedding parties. I loved the beautiful purple bridesmaids dresses! I don’t think I’ll ever see another wedding with so much purple done so beautifully. And let me just say that Houston blessed us with perfect weather for this day. The sun was shining for not just their outdoor ceremony, but perfect for their outdoor portraits as well!
Bride & Groom Portraits Outside Royal Oaks Country Club
After getting some photos of the entire wedding party together, Stephanie, Chris and I snuck off to get some portraits of just the two of them. I truly cannot wait to shoot at this stunning venue again. The outdoor spaces are beautifully manicured and well kept, and the inside spaces are full of beautiful architecture and details! And let me just say, Chris and Stephanie are so easy to photograph. They flow perfectly together and are such a beautiful couple!
The Lu’s Royal Oak’s Country Club Wedding Reception
The Lu’s indoor reception at Royal Oaks Country Club was just as stunning as their ceremony. I loved the décor and set up. One thing about this couple is that they are VERY VERY personable people and incredibly caring. They wanted to ensure that everyone ate before they did as they were the hosts. That’s just the kind of people The Lu’s are, and I love that about them!
